In today s episode, I am featuring a chicken wings recipe which is slightly similar to that of the popular Buffalo wings. The wings are seasoned with dry ingredients and cooked in the oven for 40 minutes.Then a sweet u0026 spicy homemade sauce is prepared by mixing all the ingredients then bringing it to boil under medium heat setting for few minutes.The oven-cooked wings were then mixed with the sauce, stirring the meat u0026 the sauce until the sauce s flavor has been fully absorbed. The RECIPE / Ingredients: For Seasoning the Chicken Wings - 1u00261/2 tsp.Salt - 1 tsp ground Black pepper - 2 tsp. Garlic powder - 3 tsp. Vegetable oil .mix well then coat the wings evenly For the Sweet u0026 Spicy Sauce: - 3-4 tbsp.Butter - 1/2 tbsp. Ground Ginger - 2 tbsp. Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
