In Web1 people were searching for things, in Web2 offers were provided to users and accessed via mobile devices, and in Web3 content, products, and services are made available in the form of immersive experiences in which users and communities are capable of owning digital assets, blending the physical world with the virtual. And with that, brands will, instead of advertising to consumers like in web2, be able to co-create offers with end-users that they can own, sell, and swap in the form of digital assets. Work is the consequence of knowledge, knowledge is the consequence of experience, and experience is the consequence of actions. And right now, it s not the way that it works. Right now work is the consequence of experiences that are loosely assessed by a few documents. Web3 will allow proof of competencies - even micro competencies, and if we combine that with Artificial Intelligence, we will be predicting the best matches for specific goals in seconds, and reducing the hiring failure rate. All of a sudden, whatever we will be doing such as reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, or solving problems will become part of your skillset - and contribute to your Metaverse Identity.
