Ingredients: All Purpose Flour 100g Butter 110g Brown Sugar 100g Egg 1 nos Fruit Cake Mix Fruit 150g Baking Powder 3/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp Five Spice Powder 1/2 tsp Orange Juice 50ml Instructions : 1. Sift flour with cinnamon and 5 spice powder, set aside. 2. Place butter, and brown sugar, and orange juice into a wok over medium heat and stir until the butter melts and sugar dissolves. 3. Pour mixture over fruit cake mix, and stir until mixture cools. 4. Next, stir in eggs, then add in flour a little at a time. 5. Once everything is well incorporated in, pour batter into a greased and lined cake tin. 6. Cover the top with a piece of aluminium foil 7. Place steaming rack into the stainless-steel inner pot, then place cake tin on the rack. 8. Fill water into inner pot until it covers ¼ of the cake tin. 9. Secure lid and pick “steam” function. Adjust time to 25 minutes. 10. Allow to bake. Once done, allow unit to naturally release pressure. 11. Remove Cake from inner pot and allow to cool completely before slicing.
