Char Kway Teow is a flat rice noodles stir fried with prawns, fishcakes, eggs,chinese chives, chilli paste,soy sauce and dark soy sauce. You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingedients and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results. Ingredients: Sauce: light soy sauce - 2 tbsp oyster sauce - 2 tbsp fish sauce - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp sugar - 1/2 tsp white pepper - 1/2 tsp fresh rice noodles - 400g prawns - 6-8 pcs fish cake - 2 pcs eggs - 4 pcs garlic - 3 cloves chilli paste - 1 tbsp oil - 2 tbsp chinese chives bean sprouts - 1 cup Please like and subscribe for more recipes!
