One issue that plagues a Ford Model A Roadster is a weakness to the b pillar area. Originally the b pillars were braced with wood which breaks down over time, which leads to the doors opening around turns and even causing the top of the quarter panel to crack. In many of builds we have used box tubing to help stiffen everything up, and Matt plans to do the same with the Sweet Heart Roadster. After some metal and some welding the b pillars are so much stronger!!
