#kale #fresh #vegetables #side #sidedish KALE cooked in skillet for 10 minutes .loaded with flavors!! A favorite for the KALE lover!! Recipe below . FRESH KALE 1 (8-ounce) package chopped and washed KALE, or produce KALE rinsed very well and chopped 2 teaspoons olive oil 2 thick uncooked bacon slices, sliced thinly vertically 1/2 to 1 cup onions, chopped coarsely 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 1/8 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 1. In a 3-quart skillet with tight fitting lid, over medium-heat, add olive oil and bacon. Stir and cook until bacon starts to get crispy. Add onions. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. 2. Add kale, pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Stir. Cover with lid. Turn heat down to simmer. Cook 5-6 minutes.
