While the Quest 2 s stand alone capabilities are impressive the BEST VR experiences are still only to be had on PC. But gaming in virtual reality on PC requires some pretty powerful hardware to get the best experience and I wanted to find out just how powerful Nvidia s RTX 4080 is. The RTX 4000 series is Nvidia s latest family of GPU s featuring their Ada Lovelace GPU architecture. It s been touted as their most powerful family of GPU s ever so I m excited to put the 4080 through it s paces. There s more than a few 4080 reviews on YouTube but very few of them talk about it s performance in PC VR games.
