IMPORTANT NOTE (PLEASE READ): I want to note that this is a process I have used multiple times in my life to reset my sleep/wake clock to be an earlier riser. For example, after I had each of my babies, I had to reset my clock to wake earlier once they were sleeping through the night. IT IS a little strict. I know it s not for everyone. If it s not for you, that s fine! Or, maybe you re not in a stage of life where this would work. Also, totally fine! I just get asked about my early wake-up A LOT, and so I wanted to share the tried and true method I have used, backed by some interesting research, to make it so I can wake up earlier in the morning. I m breaking down the method I have used to learn to be an earlier riser. And a method I believe almost anyone can use to do the same.
