A Falcon 9 rocket will launch a pair of O3b mPOWER broadband internet satellites into Medium Earth Orbit for SES of Luxembourg. Liftoff from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station is scheduled for 4:08 p.m. EST (2108 UTC) at the opening of an 89-minute launch window. The Falcon 9’s first stage booster will land on the drone ship A Shortfall of Gravitas about eight minutes and 43 seconds after launch.
