The IDF has released a video explaining how hospitals have become “part of this war” as the conflict in the Middle East intensifies. In the video posted to X, Lieutenant Colonel Amnon Sheffer claimed Hamas sees “sick and vulnerable” people as an “opportunity” to put them on the line of fire. The IDF also claimed Hamas uses vulnerable people as “human shields”. Israel said its forces entered Gaza s Al-Shifa Hospital to carry out a “precise and targeted operation, where Hamas terrorists have been operating. The IDF has been calling on all Hamas operatives inside the hospital to surrender. Gaza s Health Ministry said at least 40 people have died at the Al-Shifa Hospital.
