A fire broke out at a multi-storey building in the Black Sea port city of Odesa late on Thursday (December 28) after drones were reported to have struck the area, Ukrainian authorities said. Video footage released by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine showed people being evacuated from a smoke-filled building by emergency responders. Reuters was not able to independently verify the location or the date when the videos and pictures were taken.
