Even so, until Natlan s teaser appeared, no NPC from Natlan had been seen Are the little dragons that appear in the teaser, people from Natlan itself? What this means is that Natlan people can change shape into dragon That s why in the teaser the character used is the dragon itself Maybe this will make it clear why we never see NPC from Natlan The problem is whether Katheryne will be able to be distributed in places like Natlan?
