(At this point, you can keep them in the refrigerator (not in the freezer) for 3-4 days by wrapping them in a plastic sheet greased with oil.) -Pick up one portion and roll it with the help of a rolling pin and make a flat chapati. -In a bowl, add cooking and all-purpose flour and make batter. -Apply batter on flat chapati and sprinkle all-purpose flour on it. -Fold the chapati vertically, then apply batter and fold it horizontally. Press, sprinkle all-purpose flour, and roll it in a square shape with the help of a rolling pin. -Again, apply batter on square chapati and fold it vertically, press it, then apply batter and sprinkle all-purpose flour and fold it horizontally.
