🌟 [ 21 ] 8 Hour Slow Cooked Pork Belly Strips [ @Matthew's Kitchen ]
Ingredients: Pork belly strips Onion Passata Coca-Cola Red Wine Chinese 5 Spice Dried chilli Garlic Powder Smoked Paprika Dark Soy Sauce Salt Fresh garlic Method: Slice an onion and layer it in you slow cooker. Add your pod belly strips to the cooker. Season with: smoked paprika, salt, 5 spice and garlic powder. Add a small can of Coke. Add a splash of dark soy sauce. Add some passata. Use enough of the liquids to just cover the belly strips. Add a whole head of garlic. Cover and cook on the lowest setting for 8 hours. Once cooked fry the belly strips, searing them either side. Reduce the juice from the slow cooker to make gravy.
