Customer HAD a minor coolant leak so he bought a chemical head gasket sealer. Instead of pouring the bottle into the coolant reservoir, he dumped it into the engine oil. Very shortly after the engine shut down on him. He did not tell me about the drum line coming from the engine prior to shut down. The battery was drained, jumped it and got that wonder noise. The sealer had worked its way into every oil galley in the engine, starving it of oil completely. EVERY bearing is spun, shot or non-existent. The customer will be scraping the car. There is no hope for this engine. 0:21 The technician said it looked like it was broken off and didn t just fall off. 0:28 The floormat was moved and it fixed the customer s concern. 0:39 Hopefully the customer does not get into an accident as that could turn out pretty bad for them! Looks like the front bolts holding down the seat frame are missing. 0:49 The technician cleaned up the mess of Reese Piece s underneath the steering shaft boot, and it fixed the customer s concern. 1:00 Spoiler on the rear was screwed in, body damage and the headlights didn t work.
