Join me in this exciting cooking adventure as I show you how to make delicious steaks from Lions Mane Mushrooms, right in the comfort of your own home! These steaks are not only sustainable, but they are also incredibly meaty and absolutely delicious. I ll be using a mushroom grown from a grow kit from Marvellous Mushrooms (for U.K. viewers), and HiFi Mycology in Austin, TX (for U.S. viewers). Mushroom grow kit (in the U.K.) provided by Marvellous Mushrooms [ 🔗 Click ‼️ ] For the US we’ve been using HiFi Mycology in Auston, TX [ 🔗 Click ‼️ ] To make this dish, all you ll need is one large Lions Mane Mushroom and a bit of vegetable oil for the pan. For the marinade, I used a blend of pre-cooked beets, olive oil, Wicked Kitchen BBQ Beef Seasoning, garlic, white pepper, black pepper, and fresh thyme. After blending all the ingredients (except the thyme), simply strain the mixture and use the liquid as your marinade.
