Bonjour! Walnuts can be a valuable part of self-sufficient Living. They are nutritious and healthy, you can store them for a long time, and you can squeeze oil from them that you can use in cooking or as fuel, for example, for a diesel generator. So when our walnut tree last year gave only four now not particularly appetizing-looking walnuts, I didn t have to think long about putting them in the ground for perhaps the birth of a new walnut tree.
