The method is extremely simple, includes natural ingredients and is easy to find. * Ingredients needed + Green bananas + Ginger + Lemon + Cooking oil + Hot water + Sugar + Salt * How to make green banana jam at home Not only is it simple to prepare the ingredients, but making green banana jam is also very easy, with only 3 steps as follows: + Step 1: Prepare ingredients Prepare a pot of water, add salt and juice of 1 lemon and stir well. Next, use a knife to peel the banana, then slice it into thin slices along the banana body. Soak the bananas for about 10 minutes, then take them out into a basket and drain. With ginger, wash, peel and crush. Put the ginger in a small bowl, add hot water and soak. + Step 2: Fry bananas Place the non-stick pan on the stove.
