Unstable weather and heavy rain overtook parts of the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday (April 16), flooding some streets and stalling traffic in Dubai. Early on Monday (April 15), Dubai Police issued a public safety advisory alerting residents to the adverse weather conditions.
