Sri Lanka: Car Racing Event Kills 7, Injures Over 20 A car racing event in Sri Lanka turned fatal after a speeding car veered out of its course and rammed into the spectators stand. The crash killed at least seven and injured over 20. Five people died at the scene, while two died at the hospital. However, the police officials are yet to find the reason behind the mishap. The organisers suspended the race after the incident.
