A bright and talented third-grader in Las Vegas is getting her first taste of city-wide recognition for a colorful work of art she created. Evelyn Hernandez is a student at Gene Ward Elementary School and was selected to feature her larger-than-life artwork of Mother Nature on a billboard located at Harry Reid International Airport.
