Nationals Leader David Littleproud has responded to Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s claims that the Opposition has made a series of announcements in its budget reply but no plan for paying for them. “We’ll have a sensible bureaucracy that serves the people the way it should,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Australia. “We’ll have sensible policies, we’ll get back to basics, and understand that you don’t solve the nation’s problems by just pouring billions of dollars into the economy.”
