I heard of this popular hawker centre near Bugis Street, called Albert Centre. This hawker centre is in a great location, if you are doing your last minute shopping in the Bugis Street area and looking for something to eat.

You will find your traditional Singaporean dishes, such as Hainanese Chicken Rice or Hokkien Mee. But you will also find some foods from Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and India. All the prices are very reasonable, and the quality is top notch.

After visiting Albert Centre, I think this hawker centre rates in my top 5 hawker centres. Wonderful open-air concept, close to shopping area and great selection of food.
