There are multiple factors at play which has led to the upsurge in Covid-19 cases in Malaysia including the emergence of Variants of Concern(VOC), said Dr Lo Ying-Ru Jacqueline. The Head of Mission and World Health Organisation (WHO) representative to Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Singapore told The Malaysian Insight these are associated with the changes in behaviour, changes in movement and also changes in reacting to risk and taking risk.
