Tony Stewart made a long awaited debut in NHRA competition at Las Vegas Motor Speedway s The Strip on Friday, October 28, 2022. He is competing in the Top Alcohol Dragster class, and ran 5.21/276mph seconds on the quarter-mile, a competitive pass! Well done Smoke! The car he is driving is an injected nitro dragster. Unlike a Top Fuel car, it does not use a supercharger, but it is still an incredible acceleration machine. The former World Of Outlaws Sprintcar and NASCAR driver (and now NHRA Top Fuel and Funny Car team owner) will no doubt be looking forward to race day.
