Micah Singh aka "Bamboo man" of Palmiste, San Fernando was reportedly killed near the Scheme in Golconda earlier on Monday 3rd June, 2024. Just on Thursday 7th Match, 2024, Singh was live on crime watch in connection with the assault of another man at Palmiste Park. Christopher Ashby of Bagatelle Road, San Juan was shot and killed near his home early on Monday 3rd June, 2024. The country has recorded its third quadruple murder after four men were shot dead while four others were injured during a shooting in Gonzales, Belmont on Sunday 2nd June, 2024. • The deceased was identified as 31-year-old Peter Abdul Williams, 30-year-old Kevin King aka Grimes, both of Rigsby Street, Gonzales, Belmont, 28-year-old Jonathon Arjoon aka Johnny or J Man of Lange Street, Belmont and 21-year-old Jayden Reyes of Leotaud Street, Gonzales. The partially burnt body of a pensioner was found stabbed to death at his home in Fyzabad on Sunday 2nd June, 2024. • The deceased was identified as 74-year-old Henry Mungal of John Jules Road Extension and Joseph Street, Fyzabad. 21-year-old Dennis Jugoon aka Fats of Lezama Trace, St John’s, South Oropouche was shot and killed outside his home on Saturday 1st June, 2024. Jugoon’s murder is believed to be a continuation of a spate of drug-related shootings that began last year. Just over one year, on May 24th, 2023, gunmen murdered Jugoon’s cousin 41-year-old Adesh Ramrattan while he was seated in his car along Belle Vue Road, South Oropouche. Also on June 1st, 2023, Jugoon’s brother, 39-year-old Gary Jugoon and his nephew, 19-year-old Romel Jugoon were shot and wounded by two gunmen near a track along Lezama Trace. While police are still searching for more evidence to ascertain a motive, they discovered that Jugoon was among four fishermen who were kidnapped by Venezuelan criminals while fishing in the Gulf of Paria off Mosquito Creek last year. 20-year-old Nkosi Ambrose, of Daniel Trace, Malabar was shot and killed along Daniel Trace, Arima on Saturday 1st June, 2024. A man was hospitalized after being shot by his relative in Enterprise, Chaguanas on Thursday 30th May, 2024. • The victim was identified as 50-year-old Rolly Cyrus of Chrissie Terrace, Enterprise, Chaguanas. A mentally ill man identified as 40-year-old Willis Thomas, of #55 Cattleya Drive, Orchid Gardens, Pleasantville was shot and wounded in Pleasantville on Wednesday 29th May, 2024. 47-year-old Keith Geshard, a sanitation worker of Cassia Avenue, Pleasantville was hospitalized after acid was thrown in his face during a confrontation with another man in San Fernando on Thursday 30th May, 2024.
