( 1286 viewed : 6 like : 56 comments ) Assistant Minister to the Prime Minister Patrick Gorman shared his insights on the WA Labor Party’s emphatic state election win on Saturday evening, urging despite the looming federal election, no colleagues should be taking the “foot off the gas”.
“Those swings that we saw last night are off 2021 results, “Mr Gorman told Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell.
“You always see different swings in different parts of the state.”
When questioned if he is “relaxed” about the Labor Party’s federal seats, Mr Gorman added every election “is its own contest”.
